    would like more info about flat top grills with top cover how much do they weigh how portable can the ss chicken grate be added etc.etc. Harry

    Sorry, the flipping grates can not be added to this grill. You would be better off using a chicken cooker if you want to flip the grates and then raise the pan for higher heat. I don’t have the weight of the lids. I can have Marlin email you with that. Thanks! Lavern
