    Hello,
thank you for the video and i must say that after watching the footage it does make me want to cook on my grill today. I do not own a meadow creek setup but hope to one day. Currently, i’m cooking on a 120 gallon drum setup with a double stack vent. it performs well. but, it does not have that professional appearance.I love the art and skill of good bar-b-que. if i may ask you two questions. What was used to season the chicken near the end of the cooking process? It look lik a red based paprika rub of some sort. it also gave the chicken a good color for presentation. (My other question) How important is it to remove the chicken from the grill once the desired temp is reached?

Much continued success with your cooking and i enjoy your video clips.

    Take care,

    Reginald Williams
