Bacon Explosion (Fatty) Recipe

February 28th, 2012

I feel like I’m doing pretty well with my monthly recipe goal. January was off to a slow start (or rather I was!), but I was able to publish the second recipe and it’s not even March yet. This month’s I shared my fun and easy recipe for smoked sausage fatties. I took it the simple route. But then I got to thinking I should also share the bacon weave fattie recipe from my friend Jeff Phillips.

So here you go:
Bacon Explosion Fatty Recipe

I declare, Jeff is always coming up with great recipes. He’s been smoking for much longer than I have and really has a wealth of experience to share. This recipe looks absolutely delicious. So delicious that I actually got myself a job by showing it to my wife. But since I love my wife and love barbecue, this will be no difficult task. 🙂

If you prefer to keep it very simple, use my recipe. If you want to dig in and get fancy, Jeff’s recipe will blow you away. Either one will get rave reviews.

Have fun,

Lavern Gingerich
