Grilled Thighs on the Meadow Creek BBQ26S Chicken Cooker
June 20th, 2013Sunday was Father’s Day, and we spent part of the day at my parent’s place. Marlin grilled a batch of chicken thighs (skinless/boneless) on his Meadow Creek BBQ26S Chicken Cooker, and it was top notch.
I admit, the chicken doesn’t look too great in pictures cause I shot them on my phone, but it was astonishing in real-life! Juicy and full of flavor.

Marlin Seasoning the Chicken:
We used Meadow Creek Traditional and Smoke’n Dudes Chicken Seasoning. We tried Meadow Creek Brisket on a few pieces as a test. Brisket on chicken isn’t my top favorite, but it worked fine. In my opinion, the MC Traditional / Smoke’n Dudes combination is a winner.
Smelling Tasty!
The sandwich grate opens and hooks on the lid for loading/unloading the chicken:
Ready to Eat!
We ate our chicken with baked beans and potato salad. For dessert we had strawberries and homemade ice cream. A very goot meal!
Have fun,
